These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NassauPros website (the "Site"), operated by GME Marketing Success, Inc ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
NassauPros is a local business directory serving Nassau County, New York. The Site lists businesses across a range of categories and allows business owners to submit and claim listings. We do not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the work, products, or services of any listed business.
Business listings are provided for informational purposes only. Listings may be submitted by the business itself or by third parties and may be marked as "Unverified" until claimed. We do not verify the accuracy of every listing and are not responsible for errors, omissions, or outdated information. You should independently evaluate any business before hiring or contracting with them.
When you list a business, claim a listing, or otherwise submit information to the Site, you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute the submitted content on the Site and in related promotional materials.
Some businesses may purchase a Preferred Pro membership for enhanced placement and features. Preferred placement is limited to six businesses per service category and is subject to availability. Paid placement does not constitute an endorsement by NassauPros, and we make no guarantee regarding the quality of services provided by any listed business or the number of leads, customers, website visits, calls, or other results a Preferred Pro may receive.
Founding Member Pricing: Eligible Founding Members receive a promotional rate of $299 per year. This rate will remain in effect as long as the membership remains continuously active and payments remain current. If a membership is canceled, terminated, or allowed to lapse, the Founding Member rate and Preferred position may be forfeited. Any future membership will be subject to availability and the pricing then in effect.
Preferred Pro memberships automatically renew annually unless canceled before the applicable renewal date.
Preferred Pro membership fees are eligible for a full refund if a cancellation request is received within seven (7) days of the initial purchase date. To request a refund within this period, contact us at info@nassaupros.com or by phone at 516-646-3214.
Refund requests made after the seven-day period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Upon cancellation and refund, Preferred Pro placement, features, and any associated benefits will be removed.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of the Site is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GME Marketing Success, Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any reliance on listings or information contained on the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
